  5. Toward Palisades Park, take the US-46 E. exit
  6. Merge onto US-46 E. by keeping left
  7. At the fork, keep right and follow US-9 W/Palisades Park/Fort Lee signs
  8. Onto Kelby Street, continue straight
  9. On the left, take the Interstate 95 ramp
  10. Merge onto A US-1 Lower-Level North/I-95 Lower-Level North into New York
  11. To continue on Trans Manhattan Expressway/I-95 Lower-Level North/US-1 Lower-Level North, keep right, then continue straight
